From 20 to 22 June the 3rd Cross-Strait Christian Social Service Forum was held by the Amity Foundation in Nanjing. More than 80 participants from religious charities, social service organizations, academia and authorities from Mainland China and Taiwan participated.

Since 2015, the Cross-Strait Christian Social Service Forum has been held every two years to provide a platform for exchange of best practices for social service providers across the Strait. During the forum three sub-forums were organized, focusing on innovation of social services, elderly care and care for the disabled.
This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the Jiangsu Christian Charity Fund (JSCCF). This fund was established by the Amity Foundation and Christian Churches in Jiangsu to provide diaconal work for the needy.
