In a response to the global call for the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (SDGs 2030), the Amity Foundation organized an international conference on the theme “Religions, values, ethics and development”, 12-13 December in Nanjing.
On November 22, 2016, the Executive Committee of the World Council of Christian Churches (WCC), visited the Amity Printing Company in Nanjing and held an Executive Committee Meeting in China for the first time.

In the morning of December 12th, 2016, the Chinese version of the book Voices from Religions on Sustainable Development, translated by the Amity Foundation, was released at the International Conference on Religions, Values, Ethics and Development in Nanjing, China.
On November 8, the Amity Foundation celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Amity Printing Company and the completion of printing 150 million copies of the Bible. More than 300 guests attended the celebration.
