After two consecutive years of drought, Eastern and Southern Ethiopia are in the grip of a new draught in 2017. The Amity Foundation is responding to the humanitarian crisis with our local partner Lutheran World Service (LWF) Ethiopia.

Amity responds to the Sri Lanka floods

More than 200 people have been killed and 600,000 are displaced after devastating flooding and mudslides hit Sri Lanka on 15 May 2017. The Amity Foundation pledged to give 1 million RMB life-saving emergency aid to affected people and sent a team of disaster relief officers to Sri Lanka.

The Amity Foundation conducted two training sessions for village school teachers in Sichuan Province. These workshops marked the beginning of a 3-year project funded by Versace. The project aims to provide sustainable and comprehensive support for at-risk children in the local communities of Anyue.
